Privacy policy

  1. The personal data of the User are registered in the databases of El-Ran BVBA, Schupstraat 1-7, 2018 Antwerp. The User has the right to have access to his data and the right to correct his data.
  2. El-Ran shall use this data for the purpose of client-administration, marketing research and services for the promotion of its products and services. If User does not want to receive this information, he can notify El-Ran by e-mail at info@elran-diamonds.com, by fax (+323 234 2929) or ordinary mail to El-Ran BVBA, Schupstraat 1-7, 2018 Antwerp.
  3. El-Ran warrants and represents that the processing of all personal data of the User shall be made in accordance with the international and national rules and more specific the Belgian Law of 8th December 1992 on protecting the privacy of personal data (B.S., 18th March 1993), amended by the Law of 11th December 1998 (B.S., 3rd February 1999). Therefore, El-Ran shall not disclose any information regarding e-mail addresses and data of members, partners, clients, prospects, employees, relations, friends of the User, nor shall El-Ran share this information with third parties without the prior written and explicit consent of the User stating that he has given his consent to disclose the related data for this specific use when the respect of the rules of the use of personal data is respected.
  4. Unless required to by the appropriate authorities, El-Ran shall not transmit, share or sell any information of the User (mobile number, e-mail address, telephone and fax number, demographic data or data regarding the identity of the User) without the consent of the User or without the latter is informed about the purpose thereof.
